ORDERS AND SHIPPING

1. ORDERS 

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER:

- When you choose the product, click to CART to add it in shopping bag
- If you are interested in other products, just continue shopping and add the to CART.
- If you wish to complete your order, tap on Checkout and make next steps like choosing the payment method and add important information about the delivery.
-You can complete a order with a registered customer or without registration. If you want to register, the you can click on Create account on the top of the store.
- After concluding your order, as soon as possible you will receive a confirmation by E-mail at the E-mail adress that you have provided. You will receive a further message by E-mail with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. With the number you will be able to track your order on Dpd.com or other company that is best for your location.

2. SHIPPING

Deliveries are made with global package delivery company DHL and other global delivery companies. The orders are shipped from our warehouse to your delivery address.
Please note that shipments to post office boxes will generally not be delivered.


Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 16:00.

Please notice that orders which are placed Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning.

 

Estimated transit time after dispatch:

European Union: 1-4 working days. As soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automatic E-Mail with the tracking number to follow the status of the delivery.

Other Countries: 2-5 working days. Please be aware that in case of deliveries outside European Union orders are processed but they are not shipped on the same day. The parcels have to pass customs before we can send them out. This usually takes around 3/4 days. For this reason, it usually takes more or less 10 days before the parcel gets to you.
